** COVID-19 Update **

Office hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

  • We are currently have no appointment restrictions under the Governors orders

We are still seeing appointments curbside.  Since March we have successfully maintained curbside appointments for patients in order to reduce the risk of exposure to COVID 19 for clients and our staff.   We know that not being inside the office for your pet’s appointment may not be ideal, and believe us, we miss being able to talk with you in person too, but we GREATLY appreciate your understanding!!!  Our ultimate goal is to remain open and fully functioning for you and your pets.   Our best chance at achieving that is to limit person-person contact as much as possible.

Things to know about what to expect for your appointment:

  1. The day before your appointment you will be called to confirm your scheduled appointment and you will be asked several questions pertaining to COVID 19
  2. When you arrive at our office for your appointment please call us from the parking lot to let us know you are here and we will get your pet checked in.
  3. A nurse will call you to go over the plan for the appointment and any concerns you may have
  4. The doctor or nurse will call you to discuss the appointment and plan.
  5. The receptionist will check you out over the phone
  6. Your pet will be returned to you by the staff

We know that it can be very stressful to navigate your pet’s care during these uncertain times, but rest assure we are here to help in any way that we can.   We ask for your continued patience as we as are doing our very best to come up with new ways to practice through a pandemic.
