We have a rescue Rottweiler mix who is very nervous and scared around people, causing him to become aggressive. We’ve been to several vets, trying to find someone who would take the time to get to know him and gain his trust- someone who we felt cared about our Bernie as much as we do. Dr. McGarry went above and beyond to accommodate our buddy. She worked to gain his trust out of genuine care and concern for him. She never made us feel like we were a nuisance and was able to get closer to him than any “stranger” ever has.
